Coursegoules is beautiful medieval village of the very close back country of the Côte d'azur, located at only 45mn drive from Nice airport.

This village house is located on the South west walls, looking over the valley, the hills toward Grasse, and Cheiron mountains. The house is very luminous all year long.

It is a historical house which known archives a are old from XVIIIth century, during the kingdom of Louis XV then Under Louis XVI and the revolution. It has been restored since 25 years by the actual owners keeping its own charm and old materials
Certainly the house has been modified throught the centuries , but keeps its very high ceilings, large rooms, fireplaces. The architecture is simple.
The living room opens to the terrace facing South with stone walls , views toward lands, hills, and small mountains.
The north facade looks on a small pedestrian place having a fountain and a big staircase going to the centre of the village.
